Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the customer service manager to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
- Develop leads by connecting with decision-makers of other corporate companies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for customers.
