Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- IDentify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and market research
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience in B2B account management or sales engineering, ideally within the real estate, manufacturing, or services industry.
You should possess excellent consultative sales skills, be able to prospect and manage senior-level relationships, and have a strong ability to work in fast-paced environments. A willingness to travel 30-60% is also essential.
