Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with potential clients in debt syndication.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end deal cycle of debt syndication projects, including structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution.

Additionally, they will prepare comprehensive financial models, feasibility studies, and presentations for client pitches and lender meetings.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successful business development in debt syndication or related financial services.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing the entire deal cycle of debt syndication projects, including structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in debt syndication.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
