Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who are eager to develop their skills in customer communication and sales. The role involves engaging potential clients and providing excellent service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to present and market our recruitment services.
- Engage with clients by listening to their requirements and offering suitable service packages.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information gathered during call interactions.
- Develop and foster positive relationships with clients to promote long-term loyalty.
- Address any questions or concerns clients may have and provide satisfactory solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Stay informed about the latest HR trends and service offerings to provide clients with relevant information.
- Report call outcomes and follow-up status to the team leader to ensure transparent communication.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively over the phone to diverse clients.
- Demonstrated active listening ability to fully understand client inquiries or concerns and respond appropriately.
- Effective persuasion skills to influence prospective clients and address their needs persuasively and professionally.
- Solid customer service background to ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attentive interaction.
- Proficient in phone etiquette to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all telephonic interactions.
- Capable of problem-solving to quickly address and resolve any queries or issues presented by clients.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple client calls efficiently without compromising service quality.
- Basic sales skills to identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
