Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department. This involves exerting diligent control over financial processes, adhering to company and business procedures, and maximizing guest satisfaction and comfort.

  • Supports the team in maintaining high standards of quality products and service delivery.
  • Takes responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Collaborates with immediate reports to control costs and inventory, attain productivity and performance levels.

Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.

Ensures adherence to all legislation, performing follow-up as required, and documenting internal and external audit activities.

Requirements
  • Experience in food and beverage departments is beneficial but not essential.
  • Hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity, working in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
