About Us

The Senior Banquet Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of banquets and related food and beverage services. This role requires effective leadership, supervision, and adherence to service standards. Key areas include:

  • Leading a team and managing day-to-day operations of banquet events.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of service areas.
  • Monitoring equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Implementing service standards across all events.

Sales & Profitability

  • Achieve budgeted sales and profitability targets for banquet operations by working closely with Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to market and sell banquet facilities.
  • Monitor sales performance and operational profitability, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Foster repeat business by consistently delivering high-quality services.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage all aspects of banquet events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate setup, décor, and ambiance according to client requirements, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Supervise events, guiding the service team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Arrange logistics for offsite catering, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, train, and evaluate the banquet food and beverage team to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Foster a culture of motivation and teamwork, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage staff scheduling and contractual staffing requirements to meet business demands.
  • Conduct performance management and develop strategies to minimize attrition.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain excellent guest service levels by providing exceptional attention to detail.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally with stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage billing processes and ensure timely payments are made to suppliers.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and supply management, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Operate POS systems and sales software to streamline transaction processing and improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management to support business growth.
