About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee all facility-related operations at our Bangalore office, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.

This role involves vendor management, infrastructure maintenance, compliance, and smooth daily operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance and upkeep of office premises, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and other facility-related services.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for facility services.
    • Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure timely service delivery.
    • Monitor vendor performance and ensure cost-effective procurement.
    • Handle vendor payments and resolve disputes if any.
  • Monitor and manage utility services (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate office space utilization, seating arrangements, and moves.
  • Prepare facility budgets and control costs.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and handle emergency repairs.
  • Ensure proper functioning of security systems (CCTV, access control, fire safety).
  • Coordinate for office events and support admin requirements of all departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management with strong vendor handling experience.
  • Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
