Requirements:

Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles is essential.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills are necessary.

Candidates should have knowledge of production management, maintenance protocols, quality standards, and safety systems.

Proficiency with ERP systems, production management software, and Microsoft Office is also required.

Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process optimization methodologies is preferred.

Ideal Profile:

Prior experience in machinery manufacturing, metal fabrication, or related industries (aluminum, steel, equipment, etc.) is ideal.

A history of long-term employment and professional advancement in previous roles is desirable.
