Job Summary

Responsible for driving high-impact training sessions and end-to-end learning programs across locations to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Additionally, coach and mentor trainers, consolidate training data, engage stakeholders, lead a team, and develop new training modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Impact Training Sessions: Develop and oversee high-impact training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Lead End-to-End Learning Programs: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end learning programs with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business results.
  • Coach and Mentor Trainers: Coach, mentor, and develop trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training sessions.
  • Consolidate Training Data: Consolidate training data, track KPIs, and report insights to inform business decisions.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation of learning initiatives.
  • Lead L&D Team: Lead a team of Learning and Development staff to delegate and achieve annual L&D goals.
  • Develop New Training Modules: Develop, design, and deliver new training modules to address emerging business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years' experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources.
  • Skill Set: Strong facilitation, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement in others.
