Finance Content Specialist Role:

This position is for an experienced content developer who will create high-quality training materials for finance programs.

The ideal candidate will ensure that the content meets quality standards, follows industry trends, and addresses client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop content for financial skills training programs.
  • Develop assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
  • Manage and update content repositories to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.
  • Review and provide feedback on content from team members and freelance developers.
  • Support proposal design and creation for business clients.

Product, Client and Trainer Support:

  • Organize meetings and deliver train-the-trainer sessions for trainers.
  • Provide prompt support to clients by addressing their concerns and issues.
  • Support Kaplan MENA trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • Certification in finance (MBA, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
