Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Lead

Gainwell seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing Operations Lead to oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

This role will manage campaign workflows, data integrity, and performance tracking, ensuring seamless operations and reporting for marketing initiatives targeting public health and Medicaid sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), data-driven marketing operations, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure seamless lead management, scoring, and routing in collaboration with sales and field marketing teams.
  • Optimize campaign workflows and automation sequences to improve efficiency and performance.

Data Integrity, Reporting & Performance Tracking

Ensure data integrity in marketing automation and CRM platforms, maintaining clean and accurate lead records.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and lead conversion.

Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Identify and implement process improvements in marketing operations, enhancing efficiency and automation.

Work closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure campaign goals align with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing automation management is required.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, as well as strong knowledge of Account-based Marketing data management, segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
