Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to oversee our marketing technology stack and work closely with marketing, sales, product and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention.

This role combines strategic campaign planning with hands-on execution, focusing on multi-channel marketing automation, lead generation and lead qualification.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute various marketing campaigns by building an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, customer persona and CRM system.
  • Implement and optimize end-to-end campaign automation workflows, including creative briefings, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push notifications.
  • Maintain and segment the marketing database for targeted campaigns.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in campaign management and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and multi-channel campaign tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp, browser push notifications).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and optimization.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
