Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and executing automated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Your primary focus will be on utilizing marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage, Insider, Salesforce, Netcore Cloud, or Braze to develop and maintain automated customer journeys, workflows, and lifecycle campaigns. You will also be responsible for optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with our CRM team to ensure data accuracy and completeness. This includes creating and managing customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns, generating CRM reports and dashboards to track customer engagement and sales performance, and providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
  • - Develop and maintain automated customer journeys, workflows, and lifecycle campaigns
  • - Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization
  • - Monitor campaign analytics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • - Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation systems
  • - Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CRM
  • - Create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns
  • - Generate CRM reports and dashboards to track customer engagement and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience:
  • - 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management
  • Skills:
  • - Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage, Insider, Salesforce, Netcore Cloud, Braze)
  • - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and customer segmentation
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
  • Personal Qualities:
