Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst, you will provide analytics support to internal customers on various projects. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating data-driven decision making, supporting business initiatives, and delivering sophisticated analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and data science techniques to solve business problems and support internal customer expectations.
  2. Support Business Initiatives: Involve in knowledge sharing, on-boarding, and training support, as well as building capabilities and process documentation.
  3. Deliver Sophisticated Analytical Solutions: Deliver projects and manage internal customer expectations across multiple channels, including multi-channel marketing analytics, portfolio analytics, targeting and segmentation, predictive analytics, and resource allocation and optimization.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Build and Deliver Customer Requirements: Meet agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.) and drive excellent customer happiness.
  2. Deliver Analytical Solutions: Provide sophisticated analytical and statistical solutions for various projects related to promotion evaluation, multi-channel marketing campaign design, return on investment analysis, prioritization, segmentation, targeting, and other ad-hoc business questions.
  3. Support Exploratory Research: Identify new areas of application of advanced analytics/data science to provide improved decision-making support.
  4. Deliver Services through Structured Project Management Approach: Deliver services with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  5. Automation and Front-End Delivery: Automate project codes and develop front-end delivery solutions, as well as maintain standard operating procedures and quality checklists.
Desirable Requirements:
  1. Graduation/Post Graduation: Hold a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Quantitative streams.
  2. Experience in Analytics: Have 2-4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing analytics and the pharma industry.
  3. Technical Expertise: Possess technical expertise in programming languages/tools such as R, SAS, Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Qlikview, Qliksense, and Tableau.
  4. Domain Knowledge: Have working knowledge of MS-Office and pharmaceutical industry domain/datasets.
