Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Data Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital analytics group, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Adobe Analytics tagging using Adobe Launch or DTM (Dynamic Tag Manager). You will also design and develop customized reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track website and campaign performance.

You will analyze user behavior and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights for marketing and product teams. Your collaboration with developers, marketers, and stakeholders will ensure that tracking requirements are met, and data accuracy is maintained.

Your role will also involve performing data validation and troubleshooting data discrepancies. Additionally, you will manage and optimize Adobe Analytics workspace, segments, calculated metrics, and report suites.

Supporting A/B testing and personalization initiatives through data analysis will be another important aspect of your job. Staying updated on Adobe Analytics best practices, new features, and industry trends is essential for your success in this position.

You will provide training and documentation for end-users on Adobe Analytics tools and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics in a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics implementation, report creation, and workspace analysis.
  • Experience with tag management systems like Adobe Launch or DTM.
  • Proficient in SQL and basic scripting languages (JavaScript) for data manipulation and customization.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Desirable Skills and Certifications
  • Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Analytics or related certifications.
  • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Target, Audience Manager).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience working in Agile marketing or cross-functional teams.
