Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop analytical workflows to build actionable dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize AWS cloud costs through Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and anomaly detection.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency, including Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO).
  • Contribute to process standardization across EDP, Data Engineering, and vendor teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and FinOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
