Quantitative Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying automated systematic strategies with short holding periods and high turnover.

This includes creating alpha-seeking strategies and market making initiatives, as well as rigorously back-testing them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quantitative research and trading strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize existing strategies to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain complex mathematical models to drive business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong background in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-frequency trading or quantitative finance.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
  • Certifications in programming languages or data science.
