The successful candidate will have a solid background in business operations, financial analysis and management. This role involves managing business operations tasks including data management, cross-team coordination, and preparing revenue reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate business operations activities including CMS handling, data validation, and process improvement.
  2. Prepare and share daily revenue and business performance reports to stakeholders.
  3. Update financial records and maintain accurate accounting information.
  4. Assist in preparing financial statements, ledgers, and reports for the organization.
  5. Support accounts payable/receivable management and payment follow-ups with internal teams.
  6. Maintain proper documentation of finance and operations activities.
  7. Analyze data to track, validate, and improve accuracy in reports and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations and/or finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to CMS/ERP tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
