Job Title: Program and Project Management

 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time within scope and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Project Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience: 37 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, etc., Proficiency in project management tools, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
