
Wood Industry Sales Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the wooden industry.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take their career to the next level and contribute to the growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic growth plans.
They will also be responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships through various channels, conducting market research, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Additionally, they will drive sales, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales process.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
The role requires extensive travel, so the ideal candidate should be willing and able to spend up to 100% of their time on the road.

- Analyze market trends and develop strategic growth plans
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through various channels
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Drive sales, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales process
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- 4-5 years of experience in the wooden product industry
- Familiarity with wood products and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Previous experience in the timber or furniture industry is desirable
