Job Description
">The role of an HR Business Partner Manager is to serve as a critical link between an organization's workforce and their business model. This individual will act as a strategic advisor to assigned Business Unit leaders and Managers, providing guidance on disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, training and development, recognition, compensation, and benefits.
">Responsibilities include supporting Human Resources functions and administration, maintaining related records within multiple HR systems, managing confidential and complex employee relations investigations, and driving organizational structure and strategic alignment through wide-ranging programs that effectively leverage change management principles.
">This individual will also analyze internal and external trends, data, and metrics in partnership with the HR Data Analytics team and other stakeholders to develop solutions, programs, and policies. They will provide leadership as a go-to contributor for a wide range of programs, including DE&I, Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
">Additionally, this HR Business Partner Manager will put the organization's talent and human resources strategy into action, provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed, supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, and review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and performance management.">
- Strong team building and leadership skills combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.">
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle multiple priorities simultaneously without continuous direction.">
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent career/work experience required.">
