Job Title: Public Policy Lead

A key aspect of this role is to spearhead policy initiatives and strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The public policy team works closely with stakeholders across various industries to create mutually beneficial outcomes for both the business and customers.

An ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience managing relationships with policymakers, regulators, and government entities.

This position involves building and maintaining relationships with industry associations, think tanks, and other collective forums to advance policy objectives.

The Public Policy Lead will also identify emerging policy issues, develop well-researched policy positions and recommendations, and engage with think tanks, civil society organizations, and academia to shape important policy developments.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with policymakers, regulators, and government entities
  • Lead advocacy and representation efforts across industry associations, think tanks, and other collective forums
  • Proactively identify emerging policy issues and develop well-researched policy positions and recommendations
  • Engage with think tanks, civil society organizations, and academia to shape important policy developments
  • Advise internal teams on regulatory implications of products and services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's level degree in Law/Economics/Political Science/Public Policy/Business/International Affairs or similar field
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years' experience working with government, think tanks, public interest groups, or in the corporate public policy field
