Key Role:

You will work with government bodies and political parties, offering advisory support on governance initiatives.

A successful candidate is an analytical thinker passionate about policy analysis and public programs, comfortable working with official datasets and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on governance issues in sectors like health, education, rural development, and infrastructure.
  • Analyse government policies, schemes, and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Extract and clean large datasets to design quantitative models identifying trends, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Develop reports, policy briefs, dashboards, and presentations highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in implementing governance initiatives by developing frameworks and tracking progress.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier academic institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Strong grasp of Indian governance systems, policy making cycles, and the political ecosystem.
  • Certain writing and presentation skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders efficiently.

This is a contractual role requiring strong analytical skills and experience in governance initiatives.
