Job Overview:

As an Android Malware Analyst at People Prime Worldwide, you will be responsible for performing static and dynamic analysis of Android malware, reverse-engineering malicious APKs and SDKs, and identifying spyware, trojans, rootkits, and other threats.

You will analyze network traffic and backend systems for vulnerabilities and data leakage, document findings and present reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and participate in client-facing activities and mentoring junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform static and dynamic analysis of Android malware
  • Reverse-engineer malicious APKs and SDKs
  • Identify spyware, trojans, rootkits, and other threats
  • Analyze network traffic and backend systems for vulnerabilities and data leakage
  • Document findings and present reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in client-facing activities and mentoring junior analysts

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Android internals and lifecycle
  • Experience with mobile app store policies and security best practices
  • Ability to analyze network traffic and protocol interception
  • Knowledge of PHA category definitions and IOCs
  • Experience with SOC operations, SIEM configuration, IDS/IPS systems
