We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our Housing Disrepair Team as a specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating directly with UK-based clients, assessing housing condition claims, and progressing legal files.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Engaging with clients over the phone to collect relevant case details
  • Evaluating housing disrepair claims against legal criteria
  • Managing and maintaining legal case files in line with procedural requirements
  • Drafting letters, liaising with experts, and scheduling inspections
  • Keeping clients informed throughout the legal process

The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of English, confident telephone manner, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude toward learning. Prior exposure to legal work is a plus but not mandatory.
