Job Title: In-House Counsel Specialist

We seek a seasoned and skilled In-House Counsel Specialist to support our business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to inform the development of our strategic plans.
  • Prepare and review complex legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and license agreements.
  • Develop and review other critical documents such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, terms and conditions.
  • Provide expert support to our HR department in drafting and reviewing HR-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all legal agreements and documents in a secure database.
  • Perform various administrative and paralegal tasks as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and related tools.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
