About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Care Specialist to support solicitors' practices in England. This role focuses on Housing Disrepair and Housing Condition Protocol (HCP) cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial consultation calls with clients to explain the claims process, ensuring seamless communication.
- Providing regular updates and maintaining open communication channels with clients.
- Collaborating with file handlers on documentation, follow-ups, and scheduling inspections.
- Maintaining accurate records within our Case Management System.
- Ensuring compliance with UK data protection laws, adhering to GDPR standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Proficiency in English for professional communication with UK-based clients, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Empathy and ability to provide support to vulnerable clients, promoting a caring approach.
- A well-organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset for efficient collaboration.
- Prior experience in legal or customer care roles is beneficial, with comprehensive training provided.
