About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Care Specialist to support solicitors' practices in England. This role focuses on Housing Disrepair and Housing Condition Protocol (HCP) cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial consultation calls with clients to explain the claims process, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Providing regular updates and maintaining open communication channels with clients.
  • Collaborating with file handlers on documentation, follow-ups, and scheduling inspections.
  • Maintaining accurate records within our Case Management System.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK data protection laws, adhering to GDPR standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in English for professional communication with UK-based clients, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Empathy and ability to provide support to vulnerable clients, promoting a caring approach.
  • A well-organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset for efficient collaboration.
  • Prior experience in legal or customer care roles is beneficial, with comprehensive training provided.
