Job Title: Senior Legal Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on contractual obligations and commercial terms.

The role will involve reviewing contracts, internal documents, and policies specific to various jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and EU. You will also be responsible for drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks to streamline the contracting process.

In addition, you will attend customer and vendor negotiation calls, handle data privacy matters, and stay current with global regulatory developments.

Requirements
  • Law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, and experience with related documentation is a must have.
  • Knowledge about SaaS contracts is an added advantage.
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage.
  • Good communications skills.

Five-day office presence is mandatory for this position.
