About the role 

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our paid social strategy across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will drive campaign improvement and accountability for performance against monthly targets while mentoring team members.

They will identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.

The ideal candidate will own the full project lifecycle ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.

Collaboration with local marketing teams is essential, providing clear guidance on executing local tactics.

Key requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
  • Managed campaigns for at least 2 of Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter
  • Strong App acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience
  • Experience leading projects, instructing teams, and managing stakeholders
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
