We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of social media marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy and improve performance
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our social media marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite Insights or Sprout Social
  • Experience with content creation and curation, including writing, photography, and video production
