As a Team Lead – Social Media, you will be responsible for leading social media strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage and mentor a team, and drive impactful results for clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with their business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee digital and social media strategies.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Advocate for clients by ensuring campaigns align with their objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Have a deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
