Lead Paid Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to drive business growth.
  • Manage high-performing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts to achieve strategic goals.
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and funnel optimization, ensuring seamless execution and results reporting.
Job Description:

As the Head of Paid Media, you will be responsible for leading and executing our paid media strategy across multiple platforms. This includes developing and implementing campaigns that drive real business growth, managing and optimizing high-performing ads, and building and leading a team of paid media specialists and analysts.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and funnel optimization, and will be responsible for reporting results and insights to executive leadership regularly.
