As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading paid media strategy across various channels. Your primary objective will be to optimize performance and collaborate with content and creative teams to drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling high-impact paid campaigns and possess a strong analytical mindset. They should be hands-on with analytics tools and have excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and be based in California or available during Pacific Time hours. Startup or remote work experience is highly valued.
