Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, coordinating projects, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Foster trust and rapport to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Account Operations:
    • Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with client objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs proactively.
  • Strategic Growth:
    • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within accounts.
    • Present proposals and negotiate contracts for additional services or products.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track account performance against KPIs such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
    • Address concerns or risks promptly to maintain a high-quality experience.

Estimated Salary Range

Rupees 8-12 lakhs per annum (approximately USD $10,000-$15,000), depending on experience and qualifications.
