Senior Manager - Placements

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Placements Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science, preferably with a specialization from a reputed business school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: On-board and cultivate relationships with corporate partners to secure placement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with existing corporate partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure high-quality placements.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings and communication with corporate partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputed business school.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.

    • Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.
