Job Summary:

The Senior Global Investment Strategist will work closely with the Investment Attraction team to identify and attract foreign direct investments in key markets. This role requires a strong understanding of international markets, economies, and networking skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' propositions, geography, various sectors, business strengths of the region, tax benefits for investors, policies, and compliances.
  • Manage complete investment promotion projects across geographies (Economic Development Organisations)
  • Conduct evaluation meetings with Indian companies and conglomerates
  • Engage in discussions with CXOs of Indian companies and develop an understanding of their expansion plans in international markets.
  • Identify companies with business interests to invest or expand in international markets and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in trade promotion bodies, expert networks, trade & investment promotion, investment attraction, SME-corporate banking, economic development, or market entry with experience in business development and handling overseas clients.
  • Strong industry expertise and networks; experience in business development is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English is a must.
  • Understanding of market entry, cross-border investments, and internationalization via international market expansion.
  • Experience in new business development and client handling.
