We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Order Management and Data for a remote project based in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Business Analyst will focus on Order Management with a strong emphasis on Data.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to grasp functional aspects of data and develop mappings.
  • Manage large data extractions, convert them into the correct ServiceNow format, and ensure seamless data migration.
  • Advise on best practices regarding data model usage and its impact on processes.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on Order Management and Data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt communication to the audience and work effectively in a distributed multi-cultural team.
Desirable Skills
  • Understanding of complex concepts and ability to break them down for clarification.
  • Experience with data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).
