Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations using Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other tools.
  • Develop and maintain catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, and other system components.
  • Configure and manage domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies, and other system settings.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems) and ensure seamless communication between systems.
  • Establish and track metrics such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to streamline workflows and improve stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, documentation, and training of L1/L2 teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other ServiceNow tools.

• Experience with catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, and other system components.

• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and ensure seamless communication.

• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
