Job Description

We are seeking an expert ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to implement configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.

  • Implement configuration on Midserver, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system architecture.
  • Understand how OT network functions and Purdue Model work.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting is essential.
  • Moderate understanding of Database level architecture and ability to write SQL queries is necessary.
  • Develop automated processes using Business rule, script action, and Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow ITOM platform.
  • Prepare documentation for project stakeholders and train them on new processes and procedures.
