Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM(SAM)

Experience: 7+ years (6 years Relevant)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Requirements Gathering
  • Conducting workshops interviews and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs
  • Process Design
  • Defining and designing ServiceNow solutions tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices
  • Gap Analysis
  • Identifying gaps between existing processes and desired future state processes recommending solutions and improvements
  • Solution Implementation
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Documentation
  • Creating user stories process documentation training materials and other relevant documentation to support implementations
  • Training and Support
  • Providing post implementation support training and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform
  • Business Value
  • Articulating the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrating how ServiceNow can improve business operations

Qualifications

Required

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization
  • Design configure and customize ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process
  • Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow modules below
