Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in ServiceNow development to join our team.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Develop end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules.
  • Configure and customize SecOps, VR, and SIR modules to meet business requirements.
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures is required.
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow is necessary.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide, as well as proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer, are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules is desirable.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments with 10,000+ users is preferred.
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules, such as GRC and ITSM, is beneficial.
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams is highly valued.

Essential Competencies:

  • Advanced configuration and customization of SecOps (SIR & VR) modules.
  • Solution design and translating business requirements into secure workflows.
