Job Title: ServiceNow IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of ServiceNow IT Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless operations and high system availability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex IT systems. If you have experience with ServiceNow administration, domain separation, CMDB management, and incident resolution, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple ServiceNow instances with domain separation configurations
  • Administer ServiceNow platform with expertise in fix scripts, business rules, and workflow development
  • Develop custom reports to support business requirements and monitor system performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate contact databases and user records, and ensure data consistency across all modules
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration (3+ years minimum)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules, including domain separation configuration and management
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Experience supporting MSP and NOC environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
