Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in the Java ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java applications, as well as knowledge of Angular, OpenShift, Oracle, and DevOps.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation, including code reviews and ensuring robust technical standards.
Key Skills:
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Proficiency in Java (17 and above), Spring Framework, JDBC, Web Frameworks, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of programming paradigms - Object Oriented, Functional. Familiarity with design patterns.
Technical Leadership:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that align with the bank's strategic goals.
  • Drive innovation through hands-on involvement in the development of new technology platforms and services.
