Job Title: Strategic Technology Architect

A seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in complex application design, development, and delivery is sought after by our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance applications. Strong technical direction, code reviews, and best practices enforcement are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex applications ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Provide technical direction to the team and conduct regular code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of Microservices, Frontend, and Cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Database Design (schema design, optimization, indexing).
  • Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in Microservices development using Golang.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development with Angular.
  • Practical exposure to AWS Cloud Services and Linux environments.
