Drive Sales Growth and Revenue Expansion
We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales Manager to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the fintech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to achieve enterprise sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand revenue and market share.
- Provide technical expertise on payment gateway technologies and API-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technology sales or solution sales within the payments, fintech, or banking sector.
- Deep understanding of tokenization (TSP), card schemes, digital wallet provisioning, and payment gateway technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets with technical products.
- Strong knowledge of API-based solutions, SDKs, and integration models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TSP services for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, and support for wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay.
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS, EMVCo tokenization, and RBI card data protection guidelines (India-specific).
- Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS, payment gateway, or digital banking company.
Qualification Requirements:
- BE / MCA / MBA degree.
- Good/Excellent communication skills.
