Position: TSP & Technology Sales Manager – Payment Gateway Solutions

Exp: 10+ years

Relevant Exp: 8+ years

Industry: Fintech

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Work mode: WFO

Required Qualifications:

● 8+ years of experience in technology sales or solution sales within the payments, fintech, or banking sector.

● Deep understanding of tokenization (TSP), card schemes, digital wallet provisioning, and payment gateway technologies.

● Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets with technical products.

● Strong knowledge of API-based solutions, SDKs, and integration models.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with TSP services for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, and support for wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay.

● Familiarity with PCI-DSS, EMVCo tokenization, and RBI card data protection guidelines (India-specific).

● Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS, payment gateway, or digital banking company.

● Ability to work in a cross-functional, geographically distributed team environment.

Qualification: BE / MCA / MBA
