Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager IT Infrastructure (Hardware) to drive business growth and expand our market presence in enterprise and SMB segments. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships and achieving sales targets in IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure solutions (Workstations, Servers, Storage, Networking/Security, Virtualization, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams for seamless solution delivery, post-sales support, and AMC contracts.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure/hardware sales with a strong track record.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
