Job Title: Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – US Engineering Recruitment to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, along with strong team leadership skills.

This role demands strategic thinking, team management, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead and manage a team of US Engineering Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Engineering roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters.
  • Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends.

The required skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • A deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms.
  • A strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US time zones.
