Recruitment Professional Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment Trainee. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for various open positions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the non-tech recruitment and selection process, ensuring seamless execution of hiring strategies by developing and implementing innovative recruitment plans that drive growth and excellence.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and culture fit assessments to identify the best candidates, utilizing your excellent communication skills and ability to assess behavioral aspects and cultural fitment.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of prospective candidates, leveraging various channels and sources to ensure effective talent acquisition, including smart sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates and minimize recruitment delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant internship experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders, as well as proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel to track candidate progress and analyze data-driven insights.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with high organizational work planning and team communication skills, driving productivity and efficiency, and a people-oriented and results-driven approach with a passion for building strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
