Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage high-volume recruitment initiatives for our esteemed clients.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless client recruitment life cycles.
  • Support HR Manager with onboarding newly hired personnel.
  • Develop and maintain effective spreadsheets to track key items such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, Action Item logs.
  • Attend team meetings, client meetings, and set up appointments as needed.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and daily job postings.
  • Coordinate background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Support recruitment directly during high-volume periods and create Monthly KPI Reports.

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Excellent English oral and written skills; fluency in English strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
